Welcome! I'm Claire - Director of The Wildflower Learning Company. 

So who am I and what do I do?

My professional career started at British Airways, where I worked as Cabin Crew, before pursuing a career in Learning and Development at the British Airways Global Learning Academy. I was responsible for delivering, designing and overseeing the Safety, Medical and Emergency Procedures Training for Cabin Crew and Pilots.  

With 10 years’ experience in training design and delivery, I now specialise in Customer Service and Personal Development Training, both face-to-face and virtually, across all sectors and industries.  

I always aim to use appropriate humour and real-life experience to bring concepts to life! My delegates feeling comfortable is a non-negotiable and I always take the time to build rapport and listen carefully to learners needs. I appreciate different learning styles and will always endeavour to accommodate these through different delivery techniques. 

I’m extremely passionate in my subject areas and this shows through my enthusiastic approach and my commitment to delivering exceptional training.
